Tim started his career as a secondary school teacher but currently works part time as the Pastor of the River Church in St Pauls Cray which is seeking to care and support the local community. In his other role he works for the Leigh Academies Trust as the Head of Digital Engagement supporting schools in using technology to drive forward learning and progress. He is married with three boys who all attend Midfield Primary School.

Seven years in the armed forces and three years in telecoms preceded a change of career and a passion for working in children's education. I spent eleven years in secondary education as a History and PE teacher as well as teaching PE in primary schools across Greenwich. I was the Head of school at a Greenwich Primary school for three years before making the move out to Orpington to join St Mary Cray.
I am excited about the prospect of continuing to improve the journey at school and the outcomes for our children, as well as maximising the children's opportunities along the way.
